During this call, we’ll discuss key details such as location, acreage, desired square footage, room requirements, inspiration references, budget, and project timeline. This helps us tailor the process to your specific needs.

3.) Design and Engineering

We’ll design and engineer customized plans for your barndominium. Our team is flexible & can adapt any plan you find online to better suit your vision & requirements. We build with plans from our partner, The Barndominium Company.

4.) Timeline for Construction

The building process starts with a 4-6 week design phase, followed by 10-12 weeks for structural delivery. The complete construction of the Barndominium will then take about 8 months. These timeframes can fluctuate.
